Delivery is subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed with an estimated dispatch date.

For delivery on the next working day, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday and 11am on Fridays.

Order Tracking

For orders delivered by DPD and Fedex, deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.

For orders delivered by Royal Mail, your order cannot be tracked.

For orders delivered by DPD and Fedex, you will be emailed with tracking information for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

If you are not home when our order is due to be delivered, our courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Returns Information

Should you change your mind once you receive your item(s), you have 28 days to return the goods. All returned products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on sales@clivedon.co.uk within 14 days. We will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full – including delivery charges.
If you wish to return a product to us please contact us on sales@clivedon.co.uk or 01207 500050 stating your original order number and reason for the return.
The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of Clivedon Collection (e.g. faulty or damaged). All items should be returned to the following address: DJH Group, Project House, Villa Real, Consett, Co. Durham DH8 6BP Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.

Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 28 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.
